Parking Enforcement Clarification

Summit Sushi & Cuisine opened in February 2025 as a tenant on this property. Please note that we do not own, manage, or control the parking area or its enforcement. All parking and traffic regulations – including fines – are administered solely by Unisecur GmbH under a long-standing agreement with the property owner, Immartis Immobiliengesellschaft AG. We receive no share of fines and are not notified about enforcement actions.
We have made efforts to gain more influence over parking in order to improve the guest experience, but the landlord retains full authority. Unfortunately, this situation has resulted in negative reviews from individuals who were fined by Unisecur, even though we have no involvement in the process.

The landlord has assured us that visitors to the restaurant will not be fined, provided they do not immediately leave for other nearby businesses, such as grocery stores or kebab shops. We would also like to kindly remind visitors that the private parking area is subject to driving restrictions. This means that drivers may receive a fine simply for entering and turning around without visiting the restaurant. To avoid this, we recommend that anyone entering the premises stop by and briefly check in at the restaurant—even without dining—so that video evidence can confirm their visit and protect them from penalties.
We remain fully committed to safeguarding our guests against unjust fines and will continue to advocate for a more transparent and fair enforcement process. If you have visited our restaurant and received a fine you believe to be unjustified, please contact us directly at 043 437 7711.
